Nicole + Oscar;

When nicole inquired back in January, she said "we share a very close bond, always laughing together. He is my best friend and my safe space." –after spending just a short amount of time with them, I know now that they truly are always laughing. This session was such a joy to put together with Nicole and Oscar, to document the time of just them two, before baby arrives.

Styling your session–

If you want your session to feel like a scene from a movie, styling with the right props is key.

Skip the typical cheesy stuff and think about items that truly tell the story you're aiming for. N+O wanted a picnic vibe, so Nicole brought an assortment of fresh fruit, along with rustic wooden bowls and a cutting board to display them. To make it feel authentic, we added vintage brass candle holders with white candles, some Trader Joe's flowers, and a classic picnic basket and blanket.


The goal is to make it look and feel like you're genuinely living in that moment, fully immersed in the scene. Each prop should contribute to the story, creating an atmosphere that's both natural and captivating.
